Job Summary
The overall purpose of this role is to assist in managing production administration by handling requisitions for production materials, organizing administrative tasks such as meetings and reporting, and overseeing the management of production data to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
Job Details
Operational Oversight – support in managing divisional budgets, resources, processes, projects, and relationships efficiently.
Material Requisition – Handle requisitions and ensure timely, accurate procurement of materials to support production schedules.
Administrative Coordination – Organize tasks, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and compile reports to support communication and decision-making.
Production Data Management – Maintain accurate production records and databases to enhance operational efficiency.
Schedule Preparation – Collaborate with production managers to develop and update schedules aligned with production targets.
Inventory Monitoring – Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material delivery and avoid delays.
System Input – Produce availability lists and input co-efficient factors into the PAT system for accurate data recording.
Documentation Updates – Update performance lists, sticking lists, and labels to ensure data accuracy.
Document Distribution – Prepare and distribute production-related documents to ensure accessibility for stakeholders.
Policy Implementation – Support the rollout of production policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Issue Resolution – Assist in resolving product-related issues and provide administrative support to address production challenges.
Requirements
•A Diploma in Agriculture, Business Administration or related field from a recognized institution
•Relevant Certification will be an added advantage
•A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role
